Delivery and Refund Terms

These terms cover only the platform services that CND EDUTECH EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ sells directly to teachers (subscription, student slots, AI tokens and other paid platform services announced on the Platform). Courses sold by teachers and teacher–student lesson fees are not covered by these terms (see below).

Delivery

• aprindo.com is a digital service; there is no physical delivery or shipping process.
• Panel setup is completed upon sign-up; since no fee is charged for use of the platform, there is no paid subscription to be delivered.
• Purchased student slots and AI tokens are credited to the account immediately, within 24 hours at the latest, following verification of payment.

Refunds

• 14-day unconditional refund: If you are not satisfied within 14 days following your first paid payment, simply write to info@aprindo.com — your payment will be refunded in full, with no deductions.
• Refunds are made using the method by which the payment was made (to the relevant card for card payments) within 14 business days at the latest.
• No partial refunds are made for AI tokens that have been used or for student slots that have started to be used.
• If the service cannot be used for more than 48 consecutive hours for reasons attributable to the Seller, a free extension equal to the outage period or a proportional refund is provided upon request.

Teacher–Student Lesson Fees

• Teachers can request lesson fees from their students through the panel. Payment is made directly to the teacher's bank account (bank transfer/EFT).
• CND EDUTECH EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is not a party to this payment; it does not act as a payment intermediary, does not collect the fee and does not take a commission. The panel only enables the request to be sent and tracked.
• The scope and refund of lesson fees are a matter of the lesson relationship between the teacher and the student; refund requests are resolved directly with the teacher.

Courses Sold by Teachers

• In course purchases, the seller is the teacher who published the course; the course fee is paid directly to the teacher's bank account and the payment is approved by the teacher.
• CND EDUTECH EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is not a party to course sales; it does not collect the course fee and receives no commission or fee from course sales. Therefore CND EDUTECH EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ cannot refund course fees.
• 14-day right of withdrawal: If you bought a paid course, you may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days from the date your order is approved by the teacher and access is granted; having started to watch the course does not remove this right. Send your withdrawal notice to the teacher by email; if you cannot reach the teacher, you may write to info@aprindo.com and your notice will be forwarded. The teacher must refund the full amount you paid, without deductions, within 14 days of your notice at the latest.
• All requests regarding course refunds, the right of withdrawal, invoices, access periods, revocation of access and course content are addressed directly to the teacher selling the course and are resolved by the teacher in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
• You can report a course you believe to be unlawful via the "Report course" option on the course page; following review, the content may be removed. Such a report does not constitute an undertaking to resolve any payment or refund dispute between you and the teacher.

How to Request a Refund

Simply send an email with the subject "refund request" from your registered email address to info@aprindo.com. Your request will be answered within 3 business days at the latest.
